Hilton Hotel, York
The 2027 MOA AGM will be held on the weekend of 12th to 14th March 2027 at the Hilton Hotel, York.
York is a historical city with lots of interest including the Shambles, Clifford’s Tower, York Minster, the Jorvik Viking Centre and the excellent National Railway Museum.
We will be holding a drinks reception on the evening of Friday 12th and our AGM followed by Dinner on Saturday 13th March.
It should be a great weekend with something to interest everyone as well as the chance to catch up with friends old and new.

There are many local attractions in York. Here are just a few.
National railway museum. Everthing from earliest steam locomotive to channel tunnel high speed trains. Approx 20 minutes walk from Hilton. Entry free.
Jorvic Centre. Experience the sight, sounds and smells of Viking York as you fly over the streets. Group rates available. Approx 5 minutes from Hilton; more info www.jorvikvikingcentre.co.uk
Roman Baths museum. View a Roman leisure centre. Group rates available. Small museum but well worth a visit. St Samsons square. YO1 8RN
York minster: Entry £20 pp, but free during services. Sung evensong 17:30 entry free, evensong is in latin (choir) but audience participation not essential. See the magnificent rose window. 15 minutes from Hilton
York army museum. Small but interesting. Next door to Hilton www.yorkarmymuseum.co.uk
Cliffords Tower: Norman defensive tower. Managed by English Heritage. Free entry for English Heritage members, othersie there is a charge for visiting. Immediatley opposite Hilton. Click here for more info.
York Castle Museum. York in the victorian age. Various exhibits throught the year. Part of York museums trust – see also the Yorkshire museum. Opposite the Hilton.
Walking Tour
A free 2 hour walking tour is available. Each day at 11:00 and 15:00. Leave from outside of York Minster. No booking needed. For more info www.whiteroseyork.com
Hotel Booking
We have negotiated rooms in the Hilton at a Moody Owners Association rate.
Rooms can be booked online via a special website link, available here on the InfoExchange.
All rooms booked through the MOA booking links come with breakfast included.
The links will take you to the Hilton website with a pre-populated search for 12-15th March 2027 and 2 persons.

Cancellation Policy
Dinner and AGM Cancellations
Bookings for the Saturday Dinner must be cancelled by 1st March 2027 to receive a full refund from the MOA (The hotel require the MOA to finalise meal number/choices by 2 March)

You will receive a reply by email with confirmation of your refund.
